The classes are designed to keep you strong, improve your balance and allow you to continue to live the life you love!
Simply Fit is a fun exercise class to music that can be done seated or standing. We incorporate some gentle aerobic exercise with some strength and balance exercises. There’s even a bit of time for some cognitive games and activities.
There is no floor work and the session is suitable for all levels of mobility and ability.
