We read plays - there is no acting involved (unless you are inspired!) and you do not have to read if you prefer not to.

We have developed the skill of reading dialogue and only skimming stage directions etc.

We do occasionally go on outings to see plays we have read about or find interesting, usually at a local amateur level.
