There is no need to have any previous knowledge just an interest in geology.

The group has been following an O level text book (Understanding Geology - Webster) but have now moved on to studying the Geological History of the British Isles.

Members are encouraged to suggest topics for discussion and are also welcome to bring fossils, minerals or rocks along.
